We have an exciting opportunity to join our Surveying team at ERMC as a Retrofit Surveyor. This position is based in Newport, Isle of Wight. The working week is Monday to Thursday with a half day on Fridays.​

Roles and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Site liaison, site visits and technical surveying activities

• Surveying existing properties

• PAS2035 Assessor

• Digital scanning

• Energy Performance Certificate

• Options of in-house training for suitable candidates

• Confident communicator

• Options for fully funded role related training for suitable candidates

Post holders will need a full, clean driving licence and will be subject to full DBS checks.
