Chartered/Senior Architectural Technologist

Full-time or part-time, permanent position

Along with a flexible and professional approach to your work, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years post-graduate experience and sound construction industry technology and project process knowledge.

Technological applications are important to us, and something we have continually invested in. Experience in Revit and AutoCad applications are highly desired but demonstrable excellent industry-based IT skills are a must.

Working for us means working for both the private and public sector in residential, heritage, industrial and community development. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to confidently lead projects/teams. 

Key attributes: 

  • Relevant degree level qualification 

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience (preferably UK based) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Proven project management skills  

  • Ability to delegate and lead a team 

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCad and image rendering packages would be advantageous 

A full, clean driving license is required for work purposes but with the amenities available at the office, you can choose your means of transport to get to our central Newport location. The working week is Monday to Thursday with a half day on Fridays.​
